A valid New Mexico ID is required to purchase. Weapons will not be on-site at any time. Buyer is required to pass a background check. Buyer to make payment of the firearm to us before we will transfer firearm to our local firearms dealer here in the Albuquerque area. Buyer is responsible for the $35.00 background check prior to picking up gun from local firearms dealer. New Mexico ID required. There will be NO refunds if buyer fails to pass their background check regardless of the reason. OUT OF STATE BUYERS You will also be charged for USPS shipping label with insurance. Will be shipped from our FFL dealer to your FFL dealer. If you are a FFL holder you will need to send us a copy of your license. We will not ship to the following states regardless, California, Illinois, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Hawaii, Maryland and Massachusetts Make sure you are able to have this firearm in your municipality or city. LOCAL PICK-UP - All pick-ups for this auction will be at 2845 Girard Blvd NE - East roll-up door on Wednesday, July 24th and Thursday, July 25th only. We are only shipping small and medium size items all others please contact us to see if we will ship it for you. We do not ship any type of glass items unless contacted before bidding. We also do not ship ammo. Winning bidders that require shipping need to call us on Wednesday after 8:00am local time to make your payment - we will have your adjusted total (invoice + shipping) ready. We also send out a sqaure invoice Wednesday evening that includes shipping total to make it more convenient for our out of state bidders NO Shipping outside the USA, except smalls to Canada. We are now shipping firearms, please refer to a firearm listing for instructions. ALL BIDDING is done online. Preview is Monday July 22nd from 10am to 2pm. FIRST LOT ENDS at 4:00pm with subsequent lots ending every 8 seconds. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made.
