We will attempt to reach out multiple times if payment is not immediately submitted before canceling your entire order on the 3rd day after auction ends. Settlements sometimes go to Spam folders so please make sure you check your all your email folders for communication from us after the auction ends. There is no excuse for not paying your settlement. Please be considerate about submitting payment in a timely manner. We shouldn't have to be chasing people down to get paid. All non-payers are reported to Hibid immediately and this will make it very difficult for you to be approved with another auction house.
