Terms and Conditions Unless the bidders notify us before auction ends all invoices will be charged all appropriate cc fees sales tax shipping etc and card will be charged on file immediately. At the end of auction. Load out days will be for just 2-3 days after auction only. If unable to pickup or make arrangements items will be mailed. If they decide to pickup their items after the fact we will just refund an appropriate amount from the invoice for those expenses. At anytime the auction company sees unusual activity with bidding amounts payment transactions or shipping locations the auction company will have the right to cancel or decline bids, Reduce bidding amount per lot until verification of correct bidder account information. Payment by cash check or wire transfer is preferred. All account must have a valid card on file at auction start and for registration. Online bidding only. Shipping Instructions: Local pickup and shipping available. Firearms will be shipped by and through an FFL all ATF and NFA rules apply. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping and Handling fees will be charged to the card on file at the time of shipping. This will be separately charged up to one week after the auction ends. If you would prefer to pick up your items we will assist you with loading. If you reside in a state that has highly restrictive gun laws please contact us before bidding to confirm we can ship items to you. Firearms shipping: Please provide us with the FFL Dealer you would like your items shipped to. We need a copy of their License, Name, Full Address and Phone Number. Shipping will be $25 per handgun and $35 per long gun. Kansas Residents and Military on Orders may pick up all firearms at our location. Missouri Residents: LONG GUNS ONLY may be picked up in person however pistols must be shipped.
