PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: All purchases are to be paid in full with US funds within 7 days of the auction date. This means full payment is due no later than August 8th , 5:00 PM. There will be a $50.00 title fee on all titled items. The only exception to this fee will be bidders with a valid auto resale certificate or out of state buyers. All instate retail buyers will be required to pay 3 % automotive sales tax on vehicles. Titles will be applied for by TAC Enterprises through the state of Alabama and mailed directly to the purchaser from the state. This process may take up to 30 days. The only exception will be bidders that have furnished a valid resale certificate. No other farm tax exemptions are recognized by the Alabama Dept. of Revenue.
