No checks accepted. * If your credit card is declined at the close of the auction, payment is required by the end of the next business day, with no exceptions. * Items left more than 14 days from the pick-up date will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion, with no refund or credit. Please call to make arrangements if you need an extended pickup date. * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Bidders must register through HiBid. * Bidders choosing to ship items are responsible for making arrangements. Shipping items is at the buyer's expense. Insurance or "Replacement Value" is encouraged for item shipping. We are not responsible for any damage to items during shipping. * Jewelry purchases requesting shipping will only be shipped to the address on file in HiBid. Some jewelry items may be marked as wire transfers only.
