Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $10 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. Please Bring your Own Help for Loading, esp. if you have purchased heavy/large items and/or large quantity. Any items not picked up on the pickup date (SATURDAY, June 29, 2024) unless arrangments are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $300 per lot maximum buyers premium.
