Restoration 1 of Central Arkansas Online Only Auction Terms & Conditions
Please read and agree to these terms & conditions before placing bids.
1. Buyer's Premium: A 13.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases.
2. Auction Location: 6301 Forbing Rd. Little Rock, AR 72209
3. Bidding Ends: Wednesday, July 10th at 2:00 pm
4. Inspection/Preview: Tuesday, July 9th from 10:00am - 12:00 noon
5. Load Out/Removal: Thursday, July 11th from 10:00am -2:00 pm
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Loadout/Removal times are firm, with no exceptions. If you cannot pay and pick up your items during the designated removal times, please refrain from bidding.
6. Auction Company Does Not Provide Loading Assistance: Buyers must arrive with sufficient help and appropriate loading equipment to safely and efficiently handle and transport large or heavy items.
8. Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, or Cash. If you wish to pay in cash, contact Auctioneer Brad Wooley before the auction closes at 501-940-3979 or brad@wooleyauctioneers.com.
9. Credit Card Convenience Fee Surcharge: A 3.5% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. If you prefer to pay in cash, contact Auctioneer Brad Wooley before the auction closes at 501-940-3979.
10. Payment: All accounts must be settled immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card on file with Wooley Auctioneers/Hibid will be charged for your purchases, including buyer's premiums and convenience fees. A $25 service fee will be applied to any account with a declined credit card, requiring additional time and contact to arrange payment. If you intend to use an alternative credit card, please notify us promptly via email.
11. Participation Requirements: To bid, you must provide your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and a valid credit card.
12. Currency Type: All transactions are in USD.
13. Retention of Credit Card Information: By providing your credit card information, you authorize Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. to charge your credit card for the total amount of any successful bid, including the Buyer's Premium.
14. Buyer's Contract: Placing bids on the Wooley Auctioneers website constitutes a binding contract, and you are responsible for payment. If you cannot pay for and pick up items within the specified times, refrain from bidding.
15. Failure to Pick Up Items: All items must be removed as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the items, and the title will revert to the seller. If you anticipate a problem, contact the auction company before the auction closes. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.
16. Shipping: No shipping options are available for this auction. The auction company does not provide shipping services.
17. Internet Service Disclaimer: Bidder acknowledges that the Internet service may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Auction Company and others shall not be held liable for any claims arising from Internet service interruptions. Bidders are encouraged to use the proxy bidding feature and set their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction closes for a smoother experience. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
SPECIAL TERMS OF SALE
1. Your Bid Is a Contract: Winning bidders are obligated to complete their purchase.
2. All Property Sold "AS IS WHERE IS": No returns, refunds, or adjustments are allowed.
3. Age Requirement: Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
4. Quick Pace: Online auctions move swiftly. Bid promptly, and if you win, you will be notified by email.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be heard in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
6. All Sales Final: No refunds. Your bid is a binding contract.
7. Acceptance of Auction Terms: Bidders accept these terms by participating in the auction.
8. Right to Refuse Service: Auction Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
9. Announcements: Any announcements made before the close of bidding take precedence over written or verbal statements.
