In House buyers: No buyers premium.
In House Forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card . An additional 4% Convenience fee will be added when paying with credit/debit cards.
On-line and absentee bidders will pay a 10% buyers premium, no exceptions.
Online buyers forms of payment are Credit / Debit Card or PayPal.
There will be an additional 4% administrative fee added to all invoices paid using credit/debit card or PayPal.
West Virginia sales tax (7.00%) will be collected from all buyers. If you are tax exempt, please have your information updated with NFGS prior to the auction. Please, if you haven't already done so, return the Tax Exempt Form included with the May/June issue of The Flyer to the NFGS office. This form must be submitted annually.
On-line/Absentee bidders:
If you plan to pick up your items, please contact us within 24 hours of the auction's end.
Note: 10% buyers premium for on-line and absentee bidders will apply regardless of picking up or shipping.
You will receive an itemized invoice via Email. Payment is expected within 48 hours of receipt of your invoice.
Shipping:
We will charge a handling fee for packing your items, PLUS actual shipping and insurance costs. Handling fees are based on the size/quantity of your items.
Handling Fees :
Small items such as animals $2.00 ea.
Medium items such as small vases and bowls: $3.00 ea.
Large items such as large vases , bowls, etc : $5.00 ea
Lamps will require extra packing and over-sized boxes $10.00
