We are honored to have been asked by the family of the late Dennis "Denny" Johnson to liquidate their parent's personal property on this online auction event. Please rely on the description, your in-person inspection & photos for condition, age, specs., color, inclusions, etc. Buyer's premium of 13% applies to credit cards (Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover card). Buyer's premium for cash or good check is 10%. WI sales tax (5.5%) will be collected on ONLY the boat, truck & ATV. Address: 1672 170th Street New Richmond, WI 54017. Open House Tues. Sept. 10th, 2:00pm-5:00pm Closing Wed. Sept. 11th, at 6:00pm (staggered, soft close) Removal Friday Sept. 13th, 10:00am-4:00pm More time will be given for the large items if needed. Please call ahead to arrange. Payments will be collected at the time you pick up your items.

Shipping MUST be approved due to the very limited number of shippable lots in this online catalog. Address: 1672 170th Street New Richmond, WI 54017. Absolutely no one is to be on the property other than on the dates & times of the open house and removal. Anyone on the property at any other times will be considered trespassing (Wi Fi cameras are on the property and the neighbors are watching).
