We are honored to host this online auction event to sell the farm equipment on behalf of the owners. The address will be posted prior to the open house date. It is 6 miles (12 minutes) east of Frederic, WI. Please rely on the description, your in-person inspection & photos for condition, age, specs., color, inclusions, etc. Buyer's premium of 15% applies to credit cards (Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover card). Buyer's premium for cash or good check is 12%. WI sales tax (5.5%) will be collected on ONLY the titled trailer as required by the state of WI. The property owners live onsite and anyone on the property other than on the scheduled open house & removal dates will be considered trespassing. June 25th, at 6:00pm (staggered, soft close) Removal Friday June 27th, 9:00am-2:00pm More time will be given for the large items if needed. Please call ahead to make arrangements.
