* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. Please contact auctioneer to schedule bidder inspection. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * 5% Wisconsin Sales Tax * 15% Buyer's premium rate charged. * Payment will either be by your card registered on file w Hi Bid. * This auction will feature in house pick up and shipping. * Shipping is available at actual shipping cost which includes shipper charge (USPS or FEDEX), packing materials, and small handle fee. I do not charge outrageous fees for shipping! Shipping will run 5 to 7 business days since this is a huge logistical shipping process in house to keep shipping down cheaply instead of outsourcing it. Buyer is responsible for shipping insurance and must notify auctioneer via email if they desire insurance. Auctioneer is not responsible for shipment once it has left our facility. * In house pick up will be Sunday Jan 19th from 12 Noon - 4pm.
