Rules for Storage Units.... Winning bid to be paid at Rustic Road Sales. 10% Buyer Premium on the Bid price plus sales tax. $100 refundable Deposit to be paid on the unit. Buyer of the unit is responsible for total clean out & sweeping of the unit. UNIT MUST BE CLEANED OUT BY THE END OF SATURDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. When the Storage Company contacts us that the unit is clean, swept, & ready. Buyer can stop by and pick up the deposit at Rustic Road Sales. You get what you see in the pictures and no live viewing will be offered. Unit was locked after pictures & will not be opened again until the winning bidder is ready to clean it out. Sealed with a numbered security seal & locked. What you see is what you get. Do Not Contact Storage Company as all communication goes through Rustic Road Sales. Payment for Storage unit lockers to be Cash Only. Note: If owner of the the unit pays the past due fees on the unit, we do reserve the right to end or cancel the auction anytime before auction payment is made due to previous owner made payment for the unit that was on auction and then we would not be allowed to accept payment & transfer ownership of the unit. Rare, but could happen.

Multiple consignor auction. Individual consignors estates, antiques, furniture, currency/coins,
All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". All bids and sales are final. It is the buyers responsibility to check EVERYTHING over, call, email, view with questions. Vehicles - Can schedule a viewing, we cannot not let anyone test drive the vehicles. We test drive every vehicle and post as much as we can find out about the vehicle, however, we are not mechanics. It is the bidders sole responsibility to inspect vehicles before bidding, look up vehicle history, title status, call or email with questions, and anything else with the V.I.N. in the descriptions. If we see a title with a stamp on it (salvage, rebuilt, etc) we will note it. For the winning bidder, a $500 nonrefundable credit card charge will be placed on the credit card if Rustic Road Sales Auction has not heard anything from the winning bidder about pick up by end of day Monday following the auction, and will be applied Tuesday following the auction. If the winning bidder does come and pick up the vehicle, the $500 charge is applied towards the purchase of the vehicle. If you do not want your credit card charged, please call or email us ahead of time for scheduling a pick up. All vehicles must be paid for in cash only. Auctions end Wednesday night starting to close at 8 pm. Open for pick up starting the day after the auction ends - Thursday 2-6 pm, Friday 10-6, Monday 10-6. Any items/lots not picked up or paid for by end of day Monday (following the close of the sale), will be charged to credit card on file with HiBid on Tuesday Following the Auction. Abandonment Any won lots not picked up or had shipping arranged 14 days following the close of the auction is considered abandonment and is property of the auction to sell, donate, etc.

11% Bidders fee +4% with cards. Payment only through Currency Pay in Hibid. Or pay in person with Cash/check/cards. No cards or checks over $200. All card transactions will have a 4% transaction fee. We can ship most items. We do NOT ship to Canada. Shipping - Contact us after the sale and we can build you a shipping quote. We get discounted shipping due to our volume. Cost of shipping + $6 (Material - Boxes, tape, labels, etc.) per box = Shipping to Bidder.
