Live simulcast auction held the third Wednesday of every month. 10 am start from the Walters Farm Toys building in historic Dyersville, IA. 10% buyer's premium, 3.5% credit card fee, and shipping available worldwide! Auction Terms & Conditions 10% online buyer's premium. All items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. No returns or refunds for any reason. By registering for this auction and/or bidding you acknowledge to having read and accepted the terms and conditions of this auction. Lulich Auction LLC accepts cash, good checks (bank letter of guarantee must accompany checks from buyer's unknown to the auction company), wire transfers, certified checks, Master Card, Visa Credit Cards (3.5% convenience fee for using credit/debit cards). Maximum allowable charge on credit cards is $2,000 unless pre-approved. Credit cards are not accepted for titled vehicles. Sales tax applies unless Lulich Auction is provided with a sales tax exemption form (buyer's premium is taxable). If buyer does not contact Lulich Auction within 24 hours of the auction the credit card on file will be charged. If a buyer fails to pay in full for an item the buyer will be black listed and not allowed to participate in any Lulich Auction LLC's auctions and reported to other HiBid auction companies as a non-paying bidder. For onsite auctions all items must be picked up at the designated pickup times, no exceptions unless prior arrangements are made. If they are not picked up at the designated pickup times the items are considered abandoned and become the property of the Auction Company or seller. The buyer is still responsible for full payment, no refunds will be given. This is a soft close auction meaning if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last minute prior to the lot closing the bidding is extended an additional length of time (typically 1-3min). In the event of tie bids via online or live platforms, the auctioneer determines the winning bidder. SHIPPING: Shipping is not available for all auctions. If not specified that shipping is available check with the auction house prior to bidding. If you bid on and win an item and shipping is not offered you are still responsible for paying for the item. Certain items never eligible for shipping are animal mounts, any items that have ever had gas or fuel in them such as lanterns, chainsaws, small engines, etc, large or bulky items, items over 40 lbs., gun powder, or very fragile items. Items must be picked up within the scheduled pickup time. Any items that are not picked up or shipping paid within 30 days are considered to be abandoned and become the property of Lulich Auction LLC. No refunds will be given, buyer is still responsible for all storage fees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding at the inspection day. Lulich Auction LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising or on the internet, but makes no representations. In no event shall Lulich Auction LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who do not attend an inspection (or bid from off site during a live/online auction) understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Questions are encouraged from buyers prior to bidding. Auction company employees and/or the auction company may bid on auction items. Should a dispute arise between Lulich Auction LLC and bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Juneau County, Wisconsin. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Lulich Auction LLC is using HiBid online bidding services. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Lulich Auction LLC, the seller, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Lulich Auction LLC reserves the right to pause, delay, or restart bidding at any time. Lulich Auction LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Lulich Auction LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction. Cash or check will be accepted at the time of pickup. If paying via credit card and additional 3.5% will be added to your invoice for the convenience fee.
Items won can be picked up locally in Dyersville at Walters Farm Toy Facility at a later date, Lyndon Station, or at Mason Auctions Facility. Shipping is offered on all items unless specified. Local Pick up is available in Lyndon Station , times will be sent out with invoices. Shipping is usually taken care of within 7-10 business days following the Auction. If you are picking up your items at a later date in Dyersville. Items need to be paid immediately unless prior arrangements are made.
