• LRW Auctions reserves the right to deny registration or cancel any account at our discretion.
3. Auction Participation
3.1 Auction Format:
• All auctions are conducted online via Hibid.com. Each auction will have a specified start and end time.
3.2 Bidding Process:
• All bids placed are final and binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if your bid is the highest at the end of the auction.
• You cannot retract or cancel a bid once it has been placed.
3.3 Winning Bids:
• If you win an auction, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase. Non-payment may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any deposits made.
• In the event of a tie bid, the bid that was placed first will be recognized as the winning bid.
3.4 Bid Increments:
• Bid increments are predetermined and displayed on each auction page. Bidders must increase their bid by the set increment amount for it to be accepted.
3.5 Reserves Prices:

• Payment must be received within 10 days of the auction's close. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the transaction and potential barring from future auctions.

5.2 Shipping Costs:

There will be a handling fee on all packages. Handling Fees on Shipping: Order totaling 10 pounds or less - $4.95 10 - 25 pounds $9.95 26 - 35 pounds $12.95
