Payment and settlement will be done at the site specified and during pick up time noted for auction (see Auction Notice),. There are NO RESERVE limits on any items in this auction. All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Dane County Wisconsin. Please note these assets are sold only one time with NON-RETRACTABLE bids. When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase at the end of pick up day unless prior arrangements have been made. All property is sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All Items are considered used condition - even if still in the wrapper. Shipping: ALL ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED - HOWEVER - LOOK AT EACH INTERESTED ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Please allow 7 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be sent via your registered email. A $7.50 handling fee will be assessed for each package shipped. INSPECTION NOTICE: Online Auction Only No Preview Available BIDDING: Bidders are cognizant and agree that they are bidding over the internet - and realize that technical issues may occur that RoundtheClock has no control over. RoundtheClock is not responsible should your bid(s) fail to be recorded - especially as items near their individual closing times (and during times of high volume). To prevent errors or issues during the auction, RoundtheClock strongly encourages you to take advantage of the "Max Bid" feature. By placing a maximum bid (prior to auction closing), you ensure that your bid is properly represented during auction. Please Note: When you place a maximum bid, the current bid price does NOT immediately go to the maximum bid amount. Your bids will automatically increase in increments (as others bid on an item) - until the bidding reaches your maximum amount. Should all other bidders stop bidding on an item (before it reaches your maximum amount), the amount will close at whatever price the bidding process stopped. See the bid increment section to reference bidding increases. Auction lots can be removed from the auction at any time prior to close of the auction. OUTBID NOTICES: It is important that you refresh your screen during the auction to find out if you've been outbid - which is especially important as items near the end of the auction. EXTENDED BIDDING: Any lot that receives a bid within 2 minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open for bids (past its normal close) and will enter into an extended bidding timeframe. The lot will remain open until there are no bids received on that lot in the last 2 minutes of any extended bidding. This only affects lots with last 2 minute bids; other lots will continue to close at their normal times. Currency Type: US Dollar / Currency only. No Cryptocurrency allowed or accepted. Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Cash. PLEASE NOTE: that a 4% Credit Card Processing Fee will be added if payment is made by credit card. NOTE: 5.5% Sales Tax will be collected. Tax Exempt buyers must submit Tax Exempt information to RoundtheClock PRIOR to close. DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Successful bidders with credit cards declined on payment day will be charged a $30 processing fee to process an additional credit card. RoundtheClock allows no exceptions to this policy. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: You MUST look carefully before bidding on an item, to determine if shipping is allowed. Any items that are to be shipped by auction company will be charged $7.50 per package handling fee (in addition to shipping charges). Buyer will also be charged for insurance (for the value of the property being shipped). Value is determined according to high bid amount + actual shipping charge from shipping carrier. Please note that RoundtheClock cannot and will not ship firearms, ammunition or alcohol. PICKUP DATES: Contrary to our normal pick up process, pick up locally will be made by appointment only, due to the higher market value of (some) items sold in this auction. PICK UP: Items must be picked up in person at the location specified and on the day appointment is scheduled. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS: If you cannot pick-up your items on the day provided, then you must contact us at 608-622-6989 to discuss whether an alternative date is possible. We will do our best to accommodate an alternate pick-up time but cannot guarantee it. Since alternative dates are not guaranteed, RoundtheClock advises all buyers make necessary arrangements to be available during auction pick-up hours - or - do not bid on the items in this auction. PLEASE NOTE: Items will be held for only 5 days. Items that aren't retrieved on pickup day will be charged $10 per item, per day, and PER LOT. RoundtheClock allows no exception to this policy. After 5 days, all items not retrieved become the sole property of RoundtheClock & no refund will be given. RoundtheClock reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time. RoundtheClock reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason. All sales are final.
