This auction will be a soft close, any items bid on in the last 1 minute will extend for 1 minute. By registering for this auction and/or bidding you acknowledge to having read and accepted the terms and conditions of this auction. The auto extend feature remains active until there are no further bids. Items will close every 30 seconds, one after the other in numerical order, unless the auto extend feature kicks in.
All descriptions are believed true. You are bidding on the described item, not the photography. It is possible for the wrong photo to be displayed, so be sure to always read the description. Any items left behind after the specified pick-up date or dates with no communication made to auctioneer will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements were made prior to that date/dates.
All items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC will be accepting cash, cashier's check, personal check (must provide bank letter of guarantee for parties not known to auctioneer), wire transfers (with $25 wire fee), Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover Credit/Debit Cards (4% courtesy charge for credit/debit cards). WI Sales Tax is charged for any titled items. Payment must be made prior to or at time of pickup of items, no exceptions, we do not charge the credit card you use to sign up. Checkout time is Wednesday, June 26th, from 2:00 – 6:00 PM. Payment at time of pickup. Contact George Auction Service to set up pickup/payment if needing separate appointment. All items must be paid for by 6:00 PM on June 26th or arrangements must be made by then. Pickup of items may happen after checkout date as long as payment arrangement has been made. If they are not picked up at the designated pickup times the items are considered abandoned and become the property of the Auction Company or seller. The buyer is still responsible for full payment, no refunds will be given.
If shipping is offered on this auction, shipping charges are $10 for the first lot and $2 for each additional lot plus shipping expense. All shipping and insurance expense are to be paid for by the buyer, plus 4% courtesy charge for credit card payment.
George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in all advertising or on the internet, but makes no representations, warrantees, or guarantees whatsoever. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders who bid online and are not present for the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder preview is strongly encouraged. Buyer is responsible for all packing/shipping/pickup fees and responsibilities.
In no event shall George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value, and it is solely bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
Should a dispute arise between George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC and any bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC is completely non liable for any dispute between bidder and George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC. Bidder agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin should any arise. Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will they initiate a charge back on their credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase or receive any refund whatsoever.
George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC is providing internet bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at any time. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during auction. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC may withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction at their own discretion.
