W. Yoder Auction, LLC (WYA) will not accept requests to retract bids. if bidder insist on retracting bids they will be black flagged and not allowed to bid anymore. For the safety of both people and their animals, pets will not be admitted to any W Yoder Auction, LLC event unless the pet is a service animal under the federal guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act or similar state or local laws. In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, we reserve the right to cancel, extend and/or reopen the auction. X 5 means that the bid will multiplied by the number of items. Example 5 items at a $10.00 bid will be $50.00. 25% Buyer's Fee, 13% Phone Buyer's Fee, 10% Live In-Person Buyer's Fee, 5.5% sales tax applied, exempt where applicable, 4% Card Processing Fee if used. Any online purchase(s) $5,000 or over will require a wire transfer for the total dollar amount of the entire invoice. Note: Credit cards will never be an acceptable payment method for any automobile, coins, or jewelry purchases. Example of how online vs live bidding works: Assuming bid increments are at $5. The current bid is $80.00 You put in a max bid of 100.00. The computer moves you to 85.00. The live auction begins a floor bidder bids 90.00, the computer will bid 95.00 for you. If a bid for 100.00 comes in from the floor, we cannot see that you have a max bid of 100.00 and the floor bidder/other source will win. We encourage you to watch the auction live from your computer. Be sure to enter the live auction as you are watching from your computer so you do not miss a single thing. We accept bids as they come in, both online and in house. Remember, this is not a system we set up, it is how every online bidding system works. We see the same results when both online and in house are going simultaneously. In a live auction, the internet is not always right. The credit card used for bidding registration is charged the morning of the next business day following the auction unless otherwise specified by responding to Unpaid Invoice email and informing us of your alternate payment method. Payment is due in three business days. If the card does not go through for the full amount owed, WYA has the right to charge the registered card a percentage of the balance due. If payment is not received in full by third business day after auction end, WYA will increase Buyer's fee to 30% and percentage will be added to invoice balance. Example: auction ends Saturday, payment in full must be received by end of business day, Wednesday. If payment method changed to cash, check or wire transfer, 25% Buyer's Fee remains in effect. When registering a new credit card, it is charged a $1.00 authorization fee. Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of WYA and returned to inventory; no refunds. WYA does not test items for genuineness. Bidder inspection is encouraged; all descriptions are believed true and accurate but are not guaranteed or warrantied. Pictures are part of the description. Placing a bid signifies bidder has examined the item(s) to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to examine them personally. NO RETRACTING OF BIDS. All items sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with all faults. No implied or express warranties by WYA. All sales final. If a Lot is described as, "age unknown" WYA does not claim to know it's age, and in the opinion of WYA, it may not be old. "Authentic/Original" indicates WYA believes the item to be all original; items marked as such are guaranteed to be so. "Not Old" indicates WYoder Auction, LLC does not believe the item is old. "Fantasy Art/Yard Art/Garage Art" deems an original was never produced and is a newer item. Any and all bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Any disagreement between auction company and Buyer will remain in the jurisdiction of Waushara County Circuit Court, Wautoma, Wisconsin. Buyer acknowledges that the property being auctioned is available for inspection and it is being sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without warranty or guarantee of any kind. We made no guarantee of the authenticity of the item including merchantability of fitness of particular purpose. All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS. The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statement made by the owner or his agents or by W. Yoder Auction Service or its agents, concerning any item, shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. The buyer is responsible for examining and inspecting, or have their own representative examine or inspect the items prior to bidding and accepts it the way it is, NO EXCEPTIONS. PICK UP DETAILS WYoder Auction, LLC presumes if Buyer is in-state items are being picked up, email info@wyoderauction.com if items are being shipped instead. After the pickup day, items not retrieved, become property of WYoder Auction, LLC, no refunds. If large items have been purchased and being picked up, WYoder Auction, LLC staff is not responsible for loading. The Buyer is solely responsible for bringing help/muscle to assist in loading items purchased. WYoder Auction, LLC is not open on weekends, though requests of relocating items outside to pick up over the weekend can be arranged. Items placed outside the building are not protected; if items are damaged/missing/stolen, WYoder Auction, LLC is not responsible and the buyer will not receive a refund. Unless alternate pickup arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of WYoder Auction, LLC and returned to inventory; no refunds. SHIPPING DETAILS WYoder Auction, LLC presumes shipping if Buyer is out-of-state. Please keep an eye out for an email from us thru Shipping Saint to verify shipping address and to pay shipping invoice. All packaging is conducted in-house; WYoder Auction, LLC charges the buyer taxable packaging materials and $26 per hour with $6 minimum for packaging services in addition to cost of label. WYoder Auction cannot ship to PO Boxes, please register a physical address if shipping. WYoder Auction, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Unless alternate shipping arrangements are made or payment not received, any remaining items will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of WYoder Auction, LLC and returned to inventory; no refunds.
