The Buick, Tools, & Lawn and Garden Only Auction starts ending 6:00 PM 12/21/23. Items are located at address listed for pick-up. Payment Instructions: After the auction has ended you will receive an invoice email that will include a link to pay online. (We prefer online payments). If you wish to pay paper check or cash respond to the invoice email right away with your name and invoice number so I can change the invoice to reflect the 3.5% discount off the buyer's premium and send the new link to you. Pay right away after the auction has ended! A 13.5% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via online auction conducted by United Country Hamele Auction. Online payment must be made within 24hrs after item is sold. Cash and paper check payments will be accepted during pickup on Friday. 5.5% Sales Tax Applies to all purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt -THIS APPLIES TO THE TOTAL WINNING BID + BUYERS PREMIUM. Taxes on any titled item: vehicle, recreational vehicle, trailer, boat, camper or any item having a title that needs to be registered will be charged the county tax rate where the item will be registered. Currency Type: USD Pickup Details: Pick up to be Friday 12/21/23 9AM - 2PM. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to 2:00PM 12/21 will be charged a $25 storage fee per lot for each day the items are not picked up. If the value of the storage fees exceeds the value of the items, the items will be considered forfeit and will not be able to be picked up. If you do not get in contact, or respond to attempts to make contact within 2 weeks of pickup, items will be forfeited regardless. If items are forfieted, the buyer is still expected to pay the invoiced amount before they will be able to pick up any items from future auctions. If the buyer does not pay or not respond to any attempts to make contact or reach out within 4 weeks, the buyer will be blocked from bidding on any future auctions. *Advantage is being taken with special arrangements. Handling fees, storage fees and penalties will be strongly enforced from here on out. * Shipping Instructions: Shipping is NOT OFFERED by Hamele for this auction. Buyer is resposible to arrange any packing and shipping of items with an outside company before bidding. If a company or person is doing the shipping for your items must still be paid for and picked up during scheduled times. The shipping service closest to our facilties would be Mailboxes Pack N Ship out of Baraboo. You will have to contact them at 608-355-0580 to make arrangements.
