We ask that you rely on the photos, description and/or your in-person inspection on Tuesday, June 18 from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Removal will be on Friday, June 21 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. You must provide your own muscles for loading. Will will provide loading assistance only with the use of our forklift.

Open House Tues. June 18, 2:00pm-4:00pm Closing Wed. June 19, at 6:00pm (staggered, soft close) Removal Friday June 21, 10:00am-4:00pm

Pickup is Thursday June 20th 2-6, Friday June 21th 10-6, and Monday June 24th, 10-6.

ONLINE BIDDING ONLY! A buyer's premium of fifteen percent (15%) will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot. Bidding will begin a soft close on June 20, 2024 at 6:00 pm CST.

This is a NO SHIPPING auction. You must call for exceptions. No credit cards are accepted for our auctions. Payment of cash or check only. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Remember there will be a 10.00 per day fee for late pickups-unless calling or messaging in advance. Please do not assume that we will hold items, just because you are bidding on the next auction.

Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% and 15% buyers premium will be added to final invoice. CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY you must state cash at registration if you wish to pay with cash, otherwise your card will be charge following auctions end.
