This week we have a fantastic selection of new & old, vintage & collectible items. We also have Breweriana, Watches, Glass, Overstock, Household and, As Always, a Great Variety of Antiques & Collectibles. Due to the passing of Assembly Bill 29, all gold, silver and copper coins/bullion with at least 35% precious metal content will no longer have sales tax added. While most coins we offer will fit into this category, others, such as foreign coins, pennies, proof sets after 1981 and currency will still have sales tax added. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Please read details of Lot #1 before bidding. Consignors: We have added some items to our do not accept list. This New Years Day ending online auction includes a collection of items from a number of different consignors & Estates! Some items from the huge Sportman Estate we've been handling, items from two estates in Rhinelander, a personal collection, and a local antique collector. Bidding ends on NEW YEARS DAY Wednesday January 1st, starting at 3:30pm CST. Pick up of items won will be at the auction house in Rhinelander on FRIDAY January 3rd from 9:30-5:30pm. We also have a Diecast Car Collection Auction ending NEW YEARS DAY before this one starting to end at 1:30pm. We can arrange pick up for Tuesday the 2nd if something is scheduled BEFORE the auction ends. Lots are marked with a shipping logo in the listing if able to be shipped. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up & paid for prior to 2:00PM 1/10 must have arrangements made with the auctioneer for pickup at the auctioneers convience and the card the buyer has on file with HiBid will be automatically charged. *Advantage is being taken with special arrangements. FOR ONLINE BIDDING: There is a 10% Buyer's Premium added to your online auction total purchase. 3. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Credit Cards will be authorized. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover ONLY. 4. Buyers will be charged $25 per day for all lots left on site after 5 days of auction ending. Also, buyer to provide insurance on vehicle if they are left on property. 5. Our on-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction, you will be notified by email after the auction ends. 6. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Hamele Auction and the bidder throughout any transactions. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Columbia County Wisconsin. 8. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. 9. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "missed" bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. 10. Auctioneer is providing Internet online only bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Hibid feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ending. Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. 11. Bidder agrees they have done their due diligence and has asked all questions before they have bid. 12. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present for private scheduled preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determination factor. Auctioneer shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. 13. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. All Sales are final.
