The Bar, Powersports, and Misc Items Online Only Auction starts ending 6:00 PM May 30, 2024. Items are located at address listed for pick-up. Payment Instructions: After the auction has ended you will receive an invoice email that includes instructions for payment and pickup. If you wish to pay card please respond to the invoice email right away with your name, if you plan to pay using the card HiBid has on file, and your invoice number so I can change the invoice to reflect the 3.5% change to the buyer's premium and send the new invoice. Payment will be charged automatically at the end of the day of pickup. A 10% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales via online auction conducted by Hamele Auction with a 3.5% additional fee for credit cards. Payment must be made within 24hrs after item is sold. Cash, physical card, and paper check payments will be accepted during pickup on Friday. 5.5% Sales Tax Applies to all purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt -THIS APPLIES TO THE TOTAL WINNING BID + BUYERS PREMIUM. Taxes on any titled item: vehicle, recreational vehicle, trailer, boat, camper or any item having a title that needs to be registered will be charged the county tax rate where the item will be registered. Currency Type: USD Pickup Details: Pick up to be Friday 5/31/24 9AM - 2PM. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to 2:00PM on 5/31/24 will not be able to be picked up and the card the buyer has on file with HiBid will be automatically charged. *Advantage is being taken with special arrangements. Handling fees, storage fees and penalties will be strongly enforced from here on out. * Shipping Instructions: Shipping is NOT OFFERED by Hamele for this auction. Buyer is responsible to arrange any packing and shipping of items with an outside company before bidding. If a company or person is doing the shipping for your items must still be paid for and picked up during scheduled times. The shipping service used most often is Mailboxes Pack N Ship out of Baraboo. This is a multi-consignor auction so please rely on the description, your in-person inspection & photos for condition, age, specs., color, inclusions, etc. Buyer's premium of 13% applies to credit cards (Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover card). Buyer's premium for debit cards, cash or good check is 10%. WI sales tax (5.5%) applies other than to items shipped out of WI. Please call or text (715)338-7848 for additional information if needed. All firearms excluding black powder and antique guns will require background checks. No fees for background checks for long guns and only $10.00 per background check for handguns will be collected. Robbie's Auction Service will process form 4473 and WI handgun forms as well. Any handguns or pistol grip long guns sold out of state will require the buyer to hold a current FFL or it must be shipped to an FFL in your state of residency. Buyers will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. Buyers of long guns must be 18 years of age or older. Buyers of handguns must be 21 years or older. Please be patient and allow us time to process paperwork and background checks. To avoid waiting, please call to schedule a private time to pick up your firearm(s) other than the date specified.
