The seller will communicate any additional needs to the buyer during the claim process. -The seller is not responsible for any items being sent to a drop hub distributor. Buyer must report any damages to seller within 24 hours of item being received at distributor. Buyer is also aware that they must purchase additional insurance from distributor for overseas shipment. Seller will not refund, replace or exchange any item for damage if not notified within 24 hours of delivery to agreed upon location in the US.
