REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed until the conclusion of the auction and confirmation of payment. Following conclusion of the auction, merchandise purchased must be removed from the premises within the time limits provided. Any merchandise not removed within the time limit may be deemed to have been abandoned by the purchaser and ownership thereof reverts to the seller/auctioneer.

The purchaser agrees to pay all costs of removal and purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless auctioneer and seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused by or during the removal of items purchased.

ONLINE BIDS: Online bidders will not have any claim against Cascade Auction Outlet (CAO) for any failure to award bids, failure to submit bids and any errors of the bidding platform. It may be possible that the bidding platform shows an item award to a customer, however, we reserve the right to make any correction including withdrawing bids made in error. No claim will be considered for allowance or adjustment or for the rescission of any sale based upon failure of the property to correspond with any standard expected. While quantities, descriptions and capacities are believed to be correct there are no guarantees and the auctioneers, owners and advertising partners will not be held responsible for any written or verbal discrepancies or inaccuracies whatsoever.
Auction reserves the right to group lots, make lots smaller or to add or delete or change numerical count. Bidders with poor bidding history will not be allowed to place bids in the auction, and bidders who fail to pay for won lot(s) will be reported to HiBid for revocation of bidding privileges.
Auction purchases must be picked up by the date and times as stated in the auction details. OFFICE PAYMENT hours will be Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. LOADOUT ASSISTANCE HOURS- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00PM and Sat 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and pickup. Limited shipping is available with preapproval CAO assumes no liability on any shipping. Please give adequate time for pickup. Pickup of large and extra-handling items require appointments for pickup. We are here to assist you with staff and equipment to load your purchases during the pickup dates listed, but the buyer is responsible for any supplies needed to haul and secure the load safely. If Cascade Auction Outlet (CAO) deems the load unstable, unsecure and/or unsafe in any manner, we will not load you. Please do your due diligence prior to bidding. Pickup or other arrangements must be made within the timeframe noted for pick-up.
Please call (360) 629-8665 to ask for alternate arrangements if needed. Titled transfers have an additional buyer's fee, per title. Title transfers are done for "Title Purpose Only." Buyers are responsible for properly registering their vehicle with the state once title work is completed here. Buyers are responsible for obtaining the proper permits and transportation for removing their vehicles from the premises. Vehicles are not road tested or inspected. The buyer is responsible for inspecting vehicles prior to bidding and making proper arrangements for safe removal of vehicles.
Lots may be removed for any reason at any time prior to close of auction.
