Descriptions are believed to be accurate but the seller nor auctioneer make warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. If you wish to see an item before bidding to ensure it's condition, please contact us prior to auction day & we will happily make an accommodation for your viewing. Inspections of items are welcome. If you are unable to visit in person, please call us & ask questions. We love our customers! PLEASE read the description of the items you're bidding on, this is where we mention details & if the item can be shipped. If we state that there's no shipping, and you can not pick up in person, we will not refund your money if you're the winning bidder. Invoices are sent within 24hrs of the auction close. If you did not receive one, please check your SPAM folder before contacting us and we will confirm your winning items & email. Bidders are expected to pick up winning items within 7 days of the auction closing, unless arrangements have been made in advance. We do our best to work with your schedule, so please contact us if you need accommodations. Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays. We have no control over these issues & they can sometimes delay the timing of your bid. No items will be picked up or shipped until invoices are paid in full. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure they are able to remove their items. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of shipping or items purchased. Welcome to our auction! Please read our "Bidders Notice." The first 25 lots are a variety of what you'll find throughout the auction. We're located at 4317 NE Thurston Way Suite 199, next to the Vancouver Mall. We can be reached at (971275-6837. Please contact us for any auction or consignment questions. Bidding takes place for 1 week, from Sunday to Sunday. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo & PayPal. (If you wish to pay with cash, please contact us before the first item of the auction closes.) We designate pick up times and days for each individual auction, so please make yourself aware of the time frames. Items not picked up within 7 days, or arrangements haven't been made, will be subject to forfeiture after 14 days with no refund. Items will be re-sold, disposed of or donated. (PLEASE contact us so this does not happen) All items have a 2 minute soft close. Any announcements made on the day of the sale, supercede all printed material. (This rarely happens, if ever.) By signing up for our auctions, you are consenting to receive emails. We're grateful you've chosen to enjoy the online auction experience with us and hope we all have a fun time.
Preview is by appointment only (we are here most days & hours and absolutely encourage previewing lots) and prior to the day the auction closes. Please contact us to arrange a day and time.
Shipping processing will begin on the Monday following the close of the auction. We do our best to have everything to the post office by the first Friday following the close of the auction. Pick up will be Monday from 9am-2pm, Tuesday the from 10am-6pm and Thursday from 10am-6pm. If you need pick-up outside of those hours, arrangements are happily made.
*Please be aware* If your HiBid profile has a suspicious profile/activity or has a negative feedback score, you will be subject to a (one time) 30 day holding period before shipment or pick up of your item(s). This is to ensure there's no charge back or other scandalous activities that could effect our other bidders, consignor’s or our company in a negative way.
Within 24 hours of the auction closing, invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders. If you believe you won an item in our auction, and did not receive an invoice within 24 hours, please contact us by phone or email, after checking your SPAM folder. Please be advised under "Payment/Shipping/Pick Up" for additional details.
We accept several forms of payment. Most major credit cards, PayPal and cash. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to make an alternate form of payment and we may be able to work with you.
