Cash payments must be completed during the designated pick-up times, or your card on file will be charged on the final day of pick-up. Pickups and Shipping: • Items can be picked Thursday, November 14th, Saturday, November 15th, 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Saturday November 16th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Scheduled pick up available the following week by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays. • Location: ATX Auctions Vancouver, WA Washington, 2200 Ne Andresen Rd, Vancouver WA 98661 Abandoned Items: Items not collected within 14 days from the date of auction are considered abandoned and will be disposed of without a refund. Item Conditions: • Our team inspects each item and tests functionality when possible. The second photo in each listing provides a condition report. However, we don’t control the inventory sent to us and can’t inspect every item visually. Returns and Refunds: • Guarantee: All items come with a 5-day guarantee from the auction close date against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. • Auction Remorse: Returns or refunds for reasons other than those specified are not accepted. Please ensure the items you bid on meet your specifications. Communications: • Promises: We avoid sending unnecessary communications. You'll only receive texts to remind you of auction closing times and if you're a winning bidder. • Opting Out: You can reply STOP to cease receiving messages from us or unsubscribe from individual ATX Auctions locations as needed.
