Winning Bids will be processed after close of auction and your card on file charged at that time. All items are marked IF they are available for shipping (it must have the Truck logo and Shipping Available text). If not, your bid is final regardless, it is your reponsibility. We use ONLY use USPS. If an item is damaged in shipping, you can submit a claim with your local office, we can't do it for you and accept no responsibility.
We ship within 2 business weeks, usually the end of the first week. Local pickup will be at the address provided for auction location, or as noted in item description. All sales are final, and on a where is/as is basis. There is no warranty or guarantee, before OR AFTER shipping. We do our best with descriptions and pictures, if something is not clear, or you have a question, please ask. Shipping notes: In addition to our normal terms, we will ship the larger items offered here via UPS. You must make arrangements with the local Smokey Point, WA UPS store. They will come here to get it, pack, and ship to you. They will handle the charges with you at that time.
Once you have placed a bid, it is considered a binding financial contract to purchase the item if you win. If you accidentally enter a wrong number, please make contact so we can fix it. There is a 18% buyers premium, taxes are collected per WA state/county rates. If you have a resale cert, that must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to auction end.
Special note: Pickup times are firm as stated. With large auctions, I will not have time to make special exceptions for anyone. Simply put, if you cannot attend the pickup times, make arrangements, or have someone representing you pick up your items, they will be considered forfeit, along with your payment. If you MUST schedule a different time, you can do so with a $20 cash fee to have someone meet you or porch pickup.
