All sales are final, and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition items purchased. Along with clear pictures, we describe the item to the best of our ability and pass on information from the consignor (when a item is from a consignor). Buyer's Premium:
We currently charge a 15% buyer's premium. **Note: buyer's premium for all Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auctions is currently 15%.**
Bidding:
A bid placed by any person shall be noted as proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be held by them. . Failure to honor your bid may result in the loss of bidding privileges.
Payment:
Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auctions accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal payments. We do not accept cash, checks or cashier checks by mail or in person. All credit card payments are processed thru Hi-Bid Software
Authenticity:
As all descriptions are believed to be correct, Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auctions nor Seller makes any warranties of any kind and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty in description
Auction:
Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auction owners, employees and consignors reserve the right to bid on any items in auction, however, Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auction owners and employees do not.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping charges will appear as a separate charge after the original invoice has been paid. Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auctions can't estimate shipping costs until items are boxed for shipping. All purchases will be shipped to Buyer via USPS or UPS Ground or Fed Ex depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Shipping will include additional insurance if needed to equal the purchase price of the shipment. Your items will ship to the address listed in your Buyer Profile unless other arrangements are made prior to the end of the Auction (Contact us at DailyCollectibles@gmail.com or 425-478-4131). A HANDLING charge of $5/ Invoice will be charged. If the lot contains multiple items/parts that need additional/individual packaging, additional fees will be charged based on materials needed.
Auction Flex:
Auction Flex sets up each user on this website and collects all user information. Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auctions does not have access to usernames and passwords. Auction Flex does provide Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auctions with username, contact information and credit card information provided during the registration processes. User information will not be sold to any third-party advertisers by Daily-Collectible/ Murayne Auctions.
