Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our timed online auction event hosted exclusively at www.hibid.com. The auction preview, allowing pre-bids, will commence approximately 21 days prior to the auction date. Each lot will close at staggered intervals of approximately 30 seconds.
Before participating, we strongly advise reviewing the Terms & Conditions of this auction. By placing a bid, you are bound by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute the contract between you (the bidder) and BDR Auctions, (the seller).
Key Terms of Sale:
1. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is," and All Sales are Final. No bid reversals or refunds are permitted.
2. It is your responsibility to assess the condition, authenticity, and value of items before bidding.
3. Buyer specifically releases seller, its agents and representatives from all liability thereof. In no event shall BDR Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty or guarantee of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Bidder registration is mandatory and requires accurate identification. We collect credit card information for validation purposes only; no charges are applied except for a $1 authorization to verify the card's legitimacy.
5. BDR Auctions, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate any registration, deny any person for any reason, permission or access to bid, to reject any and all bids, and to suspend or ban Bidder from bidding in Auctions conducted by BDR Auctions at any time.
6. Bidder registration is not transferable or assignable.
7. Highbid User Ratings: Every bidder starts with a reputation of 0 and, with activity, this score goes up or down to a value between -100 (very bad) and 100 (very good). Any bidder with a reputation lower than +1 will have their auction bid permission set to pending. We will verify your information if you are a new bidder with a reputation of "0". Once approved or declined you will receive an email confirmation. If you have a negative user rating/score on Hibid or Proxibid the seller at its sole discretion may decline any and all bids placed by your account. As a last resort if we find you to be a nonpaying bidder or using fraudulent registration and/or credit card information you may be permanently declined from bidding at our auctions.
8. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK NOTE: If a bidder has a Negative interaction with seller, that seller may leave Negative Feedback on the bidders account. Other Auctioneers including BDR Auctions can view this feedback on the bidders account. BDR Auctions keeps careful watch over prospective bidders’ feedback during the registration and online bidding process. We will generally not allow a prospective bidder to register that has negative feedback on their account. This is especially true if the feedback mentions Non-Payment, Credit Card Declines, Customers not picking items up and Chargebacks.
9. Each item online has a minimum starting bid as displayed. Bids below this minimum will not be accepted.
10. Catalogue errors and omissions: In case of discrepancies between descriptions and photos, the description prevails. Contact us to correct any errors.
11. Bidding process: Place bids early to ensure acceptance. Soft Closing: Late bids in the final minute extend the lot closing by one minute to prevent last-minute sniping.
12. Payment for purchases: An "UNPAID" invoice will be emailed immediately after the auction, and charges will be processed by 10 AM the next morning using the registered credit card.
13. Shipping is generally available, and items will be send via Media Mail and Uninsured unless specifically requested.

15. Buyer's Premium: A premium of 18% will be added to the bid price of each item.
16. A Packing and Handling fee of $5 will be added for each box to cover materials and labor.
17. Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added unless a valid resale permit is provided.
18. FORFEITURE OF ITEMS: You will have one week (7 days) from the date of the Auction to pay for your items and arrange shipping or pickup. Items that are not paid for and shipping (or pickup) arrangements made will be considered forfeited at close of business on the 7th Day. Satisfactory communications are everything with this policy. We realize that things happen sometimes and are normally willing to work with you, but you must communicate with us. If our emails and phone calls go unanswered, you leave us with no choice and your items will be permanently forfeited.
19. RISK TO PERSON AND PROPERTY: BY REGISTERING AS A BUYER, YOU AGREE THAT BDR Auctions ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED, YOUR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR FOR INJURY OR DEATH. Please take care of yourself and your items as you have released us from liability. We will not be liable for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless seller from any liability.
20. AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records.
21. 16. ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point during the auction.
Additional Terms: The Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items, accept bids in any increment, and extend bidding time if necessary due to technical errors.
22. NOTE: If you are a new bidder to BDR Auctions with a "0" feedback rating we will verify your registration information and assign your account a Maximum Preset High bid (Per Item) amount. This amount will be a Maximum of $100 per item and will depend on the Auction. This pre-approval amount will be reflected in the Bidder Acceptance email once your account has been approved. We recommend that when bidding place, your bids early so that you will know that your bid will be accepted. Don't wait until the final minute before the item closes to try to bid. If you know you will be bidding higher than the amount that you were approved for in the email contact us prior to the item ending and we can make a manual change.
