very good condition. Serial number 30280. All firearms are sold under FFL laws. You must pass a background check. Pick up for firearms is by appointment only Friday and Saturday after the Auction only. The guns are in possession of the FFL dealer in Mount Vernon Washington. Successful bidders will get a phone number and address after the auction closes. You must have a paid invoice from McMillan Brothers Auction to pick up. There will be a $50 transfer fee. If you want guns shipped we need a copy of your FFL dealers license. There will be a $30 service charge plus packing and shipping cost.

Welcome to our auction. This is a really exciting auction with lots of unusual items. 200 Guns, lots of them very early ones, shotguns, black powder, rifles, pistols and lots of ammo. Knife collection. Please read all the information in this letter. It's super IMPORTANT! All firearms are sold thru a licenced FFL Dealer. The Semi auto rifles are illegal in Washington State and can only be purchased for a state where they are legal and will be shipped to your FFL dealer. It is up to the buyer to know the gun laws in their state. Successful bidders will be notified of pickup locationin Mt. Vernon after the sale closes. Pickup on Friday & Saturday, Dec.1st & 2nd from 10 to 4 ONLY!! There will be an $80.00 charge plus cost of shipping for the Semi Auto Rifles, and they cannot be shipped without paperwork from your FFL. There will be a $50.00 transfer fee. You must come to McMillan Bros Auction at 17713 Dunbar Rd, Mt. Vernon and pay your invoice before pickup. Huge nautical collection: Ship's lights, compasses, barometers, brass propellers and anchors. Registration: Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. You must provide a credit card during registration This card will be charged for any items you are high bidder on. Amount charged will include high bid price, Buyer's Premium and any applicable sales tax. Any invoice over $500 will be wire transfer ONLY. All Bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, on line or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Most items are sold without reserves, minimums or limits. McMillan Bros. Auction expressly forbids owners and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. Any items with a reserve will be declared so the bidder is fully aware that the item has a reserve price that must be met for the item to sell. McMillan Bros Auction reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Ssuccessful bidders are required to pay a Buyer's Premium on each item purchased. The Buyer's Premium is 15% on all auctions. All items are sold "as is, where is" We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions. We recommend that you visit our gallery or the auction site to inspect any items you'd like to buy before bidding. You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "AS IS" and without recourse. As is customary in the jewelry business, when items are manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit. Responsibility and Ownership: Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the online auction is concluded. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately. Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist , but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone. Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. Any items not paid for or picked up within 14 days of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. A Resellers Permit must be submitted before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Firearm: You must complete a 4473 and pass a NICS background check to take possession of firearms in an auction. Out of state buyers - firearm will be shipped to FFL License holder only. If you believe you cannot pass a NICS background check, DO NOT BID. If you do not pass the NICS background check, the money will still apply and will not be refunded. Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to or understand any of these Terms and Conditions, DO NOT BID!
