If this is not available, we will send a invoice that must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. It is the responsibility of the bidder that the card registered be able to complete the sale, or call us with an alternate means of payment within 24 hours of end of sale. 3.) Bidder agrees to pay a Buyer's Premium of 20% via Credit Card - 18% Via Paper Check or Bank Wire or ACH. All invoices more than $5000 will be required to be paid by check, bank wire or ACH - 4.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of end of auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice. Any shortages, you will still be liable for. 5.) Shipping will take place within 15 days of cleared payment. Tracking will be emailed to the bidders email. We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather or press of business for the USPS or pick up delays. Bidder agrees to a NON CHARGEBACK transaction. If for ANY reason a client charges back - the original invoice, plus 100% fee will be charged to the clients account. 6.)
