No refund requests made after the completion of the pickup will be honored. LATE PICK UP: DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF LATE PICK UPS, A "LATE PICK UP FEE" OF $10 PER AUCTION OR $5 PER ITEM, WHICH EVER IS GREATER.
