All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

At the end of this auction the card on file will automatically be charged the full sales price plus buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Buyer will also be charged for a 3% Credit Card processing fee. The fee is attached on top of the 10% buyers premium. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.
PICKUP is on Tuesday Feb 18, 2025 from 8am-12pm and 1pm-3:00pm. If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of Feb 19 2025. After any items not picked up have not requested shipping will be relisted and not refunded. Free Shipping on orders over $75. Shipping assistance will be available for this auction. For shipping requests by forwarding your invoice PDF file issued to you to Auctions@tryc2.com. All items must be picked up on the specified date as set in the dates section. Failure to pick up or request shipping on the designated dates will result in a forfeiture of all items without the option for refund. All requests for shipping must be made with the invoice PDF file and must be requested within 3 business days starting on the designated shipping date. Failure to make a request with the invoice will result in a forfeiture of items without the option for a refund.
