Cool throwback auction! Over 500 lots. Lots will start closing at 6 PM (E.T.) on Sunday 12/22. Vintage toys (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, G.I. Joe & more), vinyl records (including 80's rock/metal, punk & pop), Legos, Magic The Gathering & Pokemon cards/collectibles, gaming items (video games & rare consoles/systems), comics, DVD's, sports jerseys & other unique things (including some Scientology stuff).

Shipping available on most smaller items. If an item is not eligible for shipping, it will be noted in the lot description - on these items please DO NOT bid if you are unable to pick up during the allotted days or within a reasonable time frame (we understand that due to the holiday, these dates may not be feasible for some buyers; just contact us, we can be flexible). Pick up is on the following dates (no appointment needed; please bring packing materials & boxes, as those are not provided):

Bidding opens on Saturday 12/7 & lots start closing Sunday 12/22 at 6:00 PM (ET). Lots begin to close every 30 seconds starting at 6 PM (eastern time).
Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minute will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Please get your bids in early!
Buyer’s Premium is 18%.
6% Virginia sales tax added to all invoices (unless valid exemption form is emailed prior to the auction end date, send to: pastchapters77@gmail.com).
Credit card authorization is required for bidding. Once the auction is complete, all credit card payments will be processed & winning bidders will receive a text/email from Shipping Saint on behalf of Past Chapters, confirming if items are to be picked up in person, or shipped in house.
PICK UP: For in person pick up, item removal is on the the following dates (no appointment needed; we understand these dates may not be feasible for some buyers; just contact us, we can be flexible!): Thurs. 12/26: 12 PM-7 PM, Fri. 12/27: 12 PM-7 PM, Sat. 12/28: 10 AM-5 PM or Sun. 12/29: 10 AM - 5 PM. If items are not picked up, or shipping authorized & paid for, bidder forfeits right to the item(s).
SHIPPING: For shipping eligible items, bidder is responsible to pay shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling, and a $5 per package fee), which bidder is responsible for payment. All shipping-eligible items will be shipped in house (we only ship items that we are confident will make it to our customers safely and efficiently; we do not accept prepaid shipping labels or 3rd party shipping labels, all items must ship on our account). Shipping Saint, on behalf of Past Chapters, will notify buyer as items move through the shipping process. If more than 1 lot is won, we will combine lots into 1 package when feasible. Buyer will be sent a separate shipping invoice via Shipping Saint & it’s the buyer’s responsibility to make payment within 72 hours of invoice. Once payment is made, items will be shipped out within 7 days. We use competitive shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling).
We do NOT ship furniture, or larger items such as wall art, in house (for these type of items, the listing will show if it's not eligible for in-house shipping). For non-shipping eligible items, buyer is responsible for pick up (we offer loading assistance) OR to arrange their own shipping. We can recommend a great shipping company - Jerry with RVA Transporter (phone# 804-668-6752). You can contact him to obtain a quote (which can also be done at his website: rvatransporter.com). Please contact him PRIOR to bidding for an estimate (as all sales are final and we don't offer refunds). Buyer is responsible to coordinate payment and delivery with the shipper directly.
If item(s) are not paid in full within 72 hours or card is declined (and no replacement payment made after we reach out) bidder forfeits right to the item(s) and it becomes property of Past Chapters.
Past Chapters does not guarantee condition or authenticity of any items in this auction. Lots are sold as is (all sales final, no refunds); in person inspection is recommended. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine.
Past Chapters has the right to refuse any bid/bidder.
