By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Technology Disruptions - B&H Auction will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, failure of the Online Auction Platform, or otherwise (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of YOUR internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) for any other reason. B&H Auction may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced. 18% Buyer's Premium charged to all bidders. All purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. B & H Auction may, at their discretion, require certain lots to be paid for by wire transfer only. All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
