This is a reserve auction, meaning the seller reserves the right to reject any offers or bids that do not meet their designated reserve price. In addition to the final hammer price, a 10% Buyer’s Premium is due immediately upon acceptance, which is non-refundable. For real estate auctions, there is also a 1% Earnest Money Deposit, also non-refundable, required at the time of acceptance. Additionally, for real estate auctions, a purchase agreement must be signed by both the seller and purchaser to finalize the sale. For online auctions, if a customer’s bid is successful, payment and item pickup must be completed within five (5) days following the auction’s close.
