Pick-up: Buyers have the ability to pick-up their items on Friday, November 22 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, November 23 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. or Monday, November 25, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED-UP BY 5:00 P.M. 11/25/2024. Buyers are responsible for their items after winning a bid, HOWEVER, they are not the owner of the item until the item is paid in full. Consignments: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITHOUT A GUARANTEE. Please inspect all equipment/tools/items carefully, come to the in-person preview date(s), or feel free to reach out with any questions. You should always bid on the items accordingly. If you're purchasing a vehicle a title will come with it UNLESS "no title" is stated in the description of the item. If you're paying for a motor vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: There will be a Buyer's Premium of 9% added to each successful bid. We will offer tax exemption status but ONLY with the correct tax exemption form that should be presented PRIOR to checkout. Otherwise, there will be a 5.3% Virginia Sales tax added to all purchases with the exception of titled motor vehicles. Payment Accepted: Cash, Credit Card (3% surcharge added), GOOD check, Wire transfer. All payments must be made PRIOR to the item being removed. If paying for a motor vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. If payment has not been made by the close of pick-up dates, the card on file will be charged the full invoice amount. Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the winner of that item. If there is any confusion or dispute between bidders, the auctioneer will have the sole discretion to determine the successful bidder OR the item/lot will be offered a second time at the last undisputed bid. The records kept by the auctioneer and clerk are FINAL. OWNER OR OWNER'S AGENT MAY NOT BID ON HIS/HER OWN ITEMS. Liability: Riverside Removal, LLC is not responsible for any injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone while previewing, bidding, loading, or conducting business. By placing a bid, you are also agreeing to hold Riverside Removal, LLC agents and heirs harmless regardless of opinion. Auctioneer Announcement: Riverside Removal, LLC auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, seller, or himself/herself. Furthermore, the auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
