Payment Terms
Your credit card will be charged for the invoice amount after the auction ends, the bid amount plus 15% buyers premium plus 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax. If you want to pay cash or check, give us a call or email before the end of the auction, then we will reduce the BP to 13% when you pay and pick up on Friday. To get this discount you must pick up by Monday at 2:00 following the end of the auction.
Pick up must be made on Friday between 9-5 p.m. All unpaid items not picked up by 4:00 on Friday will be charged to your card on file. The buyer is solely responsible for the pickup of all lots purchased at his/her own expense during the specified pickup time frame.
