Auction Terms & Conditions
It is of the utmost importance that you thoroughly review and understand the terms and conditions outlined below prior to registering for and participating in auctions hosted by Treasury Auctions.
By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and agree to receive communications, including but not limited to emails and text messages, to the email address and phone number on file associated with your account.
Note that "box damage item(s)" refers to items that may have slight to severe damage to the packaging or may not include a box at all. In contrast, "overstock item(s)" are considered to be brand new and in their original packaging. Additionally, "returns" refer to products that have been previously purchased and returned for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, "no longer needed," "defective item," "better price available," "missing or broken parts," "changed mind," or other reasons.
Be advised that the credit card on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. If you prefer to pay in cash, kindly send an email to treasuryauctionshelp@gmail.com prior to the end of the auction to inform us of this preference.
A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the total purchase price of all items. Tax will be calculated after the Buyer's Premium has been applied.
It is important to note that Treasury Auctions is not responsible for any preview or removal arrangements. Please make all necessary arrangements prior to the end of the auction.
If you do not contact us on or before the listed pickup time, under no circumstance will we be issuing a credit for abandoned lots. However, with our own discretion we may deciede to issue a credit with a 15% restocking fee.
If both parties agree to holding won item(s), you must pickup said item(s) within 28 days (4 weeks) of the last listed pickup day(s). You may only pickup item(s) on the listed pickup days.

Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information when placing bids.
Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. Treasury Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.
Any discrepancies must be reported at the seller's physical location at time of removal - no exceptions.
All merchandise not claimed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Treasury Auctions. If you are unable to make it on the listed pick-up day(s) to claim your item(s) you will not be able to claim your winning item(s) and you will be charged for them. No exceptions unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon with by both parties. Credits should not be expected for any reason if you do not show up to collect your winning item(s) on said days and times. If a credit is deemed appropriate you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be taken out of your total if a credit is issued.
If a credit is decided upon, there will be a seven day return period following the second pickup day, unless another date and time is agreed upon by both parties. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when claimed. Contact us at treasuryauctionshelp@gmail.com.
If a credit is issued, the credit will be automatically deducted from your next balance at Treasury Auctions. The credit(s) must be used within 30 days of the issued date.
When a lot is forfeited, by virtue of not showing up on pickup days and not contacting Treasury Auctions before the end of pickup days of the corresponding auction closing, your are not entitled to a credit nor possession of your forfeited lot(s). The forfeited lot(s) will be reauctioned or disposed of.
Colors, descriptions, measurements¹, and imagery may differ.
1: Decimal points, apostrophes, and quotations may be missing -- For example 1925 instead of 19.25".
Warranties and bundled memberships should be assumed to be invalid.
Lots and sets may have missing pieces.
Credits will be given at our discretion.
Claiming is defined as showing up on pickup days or other dates explicitly agreed upon by both parties to pickup winning lots.
