So to hack the system and avoid the 18% BP. just buy at least 1 large oversized item and spend more than $250 in bids for 15% bp. or spend more then $500 for a 12% BP( plus 1 oversized item). spend more than $1000 for the lowest 10% BP( plus at least 1 oversized item) .
