Government Auction - Apple Towing Co | Apple Auctioneering Co is conducting an online auction with reserve on behalf of Brooks County Sheriff's Office. All participants in this sale are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with the terms of sale as specified herein and agree to be bound thereby.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Previews available from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday and 10 am to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday. Seller has no history on vehicle. These are impounded or abandoned vehicles. Vehicles were never reclaimed. All vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Additional information may not be available except through personal inspection at item preview (when previews are offered). Vehicle Paperwork: A Texas Storage Lien Packet/Certificate will be issued on the vehicle. The paperwork will be mailed to you within one week after the sale. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. Very occasionally, there are problems with the vehicle storage lien paperwork sent by the vehicle storage facility. If a title is not able to be obtained, you may be issued a refund for the purchase price but not for any repairs done to the item purchased. The vehicle will have to be returned to the vehicle storage facility with the original paperwork before a refund is issued. VSF Auto Auctions will help coordinate fixing any issues in obtaining title with the Vehicle Storage Facility, but is ultimately not responsible for title paperwork. If you are out of state, you will need to check with your tax office/DMV to see if they accept Texas storage lien packets for title. Bidders outside of Texas, will be required to send a copy of their ID and credit card in order to bid. Updating your online account personal information AFTER the item closes will not update your invoice or paperwork information. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. No exceptions! NOTE: All vehicles marked on the auction listing with "HAS KEY" - Keys may be lost, stolen, or misplaced prior to item pickup and may not fit locks or ignitions of vehicle. ABSENTEE BIDDING ON HIBID ENDS THE DAY BEFORE THE LIVE AUCTION. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER WITHOUT RESERVE. ABSENTEE BIDS FROM ONLINE WILL BE USED TO BID AGAINST LIVE BIDDERS. IF THE ONLINE BIDDER IS NOT OUTBID AT THE LIVE AUCTION THEY WIN THE ITEM. SOME OF THE VEHICLES SHOW PENDING. THESE HAVE NOT TIMED OUT YET BUT WILL BE IN THE AUCTION IF NOT PICKED UP PRIOR TO THEIR ENDING DATE. ONCE THEY TIME OUT PENDING WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LOT.
