All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is bidder's responsibilty to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Please contact us with any questions before bidding. There is a 15% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale.
