Description
This ONLINE auction is in progress now. The home is in South Austin and pickup will be in South Austin at the home. High bidders will be given the address at the close of the ONLINE auction. Buyers are EXPECTED TO PICK UP THEIR PURCHASES ON DAY OF PICKUP. The home is smoke and pet free. This ONLINE auction is hosted by TXLC#16203, 10% buyers premium. Antiques and collectible are sold in as is condition, all items are gently used. Some items have chiggers and cracks in the boxlots. All bids start at $2.50 with the exception of the Coal stove, which has a moderate reserve. More lots were added Thursday night, this ONLINE auction is now complete.
Buyers will be charged a 10% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases. I will make one attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone.
