Pick up will in Rockdale at 101 N Main in Rockdale,76567 on Tuesday Jan 15th. The estate is smoke and pet free and items are shop and or home ready. This ONLINE auction is hosted by TXLC#16203, 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount to cash buyers. Please indicate your intension to pay cash and if you are tax exempt.
