Thence S82°38'33"E, along the South right of way line of said Interstate Highway 20, a distance of 160.78' to a set 3/8" rebar with a cap, marked "ESTES 5003", for the Northwest corner of a 0.640 of an acre tract, surveyed this same date, and the Northeast corner of this tract;

Upon auction close 10% of purchase price must be presented by cash, check, money order, or wire transfer no later than Wednesday January 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to C.M. Company Auctions. Remainder of auction cost must be fulfilled at closing. Closing of property will be at Title Office of buyer's choosing within 30 days of auction close. Closing must be fulfilled no later than February 14, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
