FINAL CATALOG This auction has jewelry, jeweler tools (including a jeweler polish machine),coins, art, high end furniture, books, trench art and more PREVIEW IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!!! We use our knowledge and also what the consignors have stated to describe the items and try to note all defects we see but we are human and miss sometimes so please preview for yourself. Preview call be scheduled with Sherry at 469-855-7909 or Saturday, 27th 3pm to 6pm. Internet bids ends at 4pm cst and those bids will be brought to live auction which starts at 6pm so make sure you have your bids in early and use the highest bid option. All items are sold AS IS without warranty. Statements made the day of the sale supercede all printed material. This is not an internet only auction, but a place to leave absentee bids for our live auction. Bids are taken from this website and bid on during the live auction against people in attandance. There is a 12% buyer's premium added at checkout plus tax, unless a valid resale form is on file. All items must be paid before leaving on auction night, unless it is an absentee bid. Any absentee bidders will be notified on Monday of any items they won at that time shipping will be arranged and will be paid for at the expense of the purchaser. We accept Cash, Checks with proper id, and most major credit cards. We do not accept American Express
Shipping must be approved by phone before bidding. If you win the bid without prior approval you may not recieved your items your card will be charged anyway. Shipping would be at buyer's expense and done by a third party shipper. Pickup is after auction conclusion and Monday 10/29 and Tuesday 10/30 from 10- 4pm any other arrangements must be approved prior to bidding with Sherry 469-855-7909. Late fees will occur on Wednesday morning 10/31 on any items left at auction house at a rate of $5.00 per lot and $5.00 per day. Anything left over 10 days will be property on the auction house with no refund to buyer.
