Pick up Three Days after Auction. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 9 am till 4pm by appointment only. All items are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION. All items are sold "as is, where is" with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. All items that are listed are done so with the best of intent any items that conflict with description and picture you should restrain from bidding. Bidding without preview is strongly discouraged. YOU, the buyer, are responsible for determining the value of the lots you are bidding on and bidding accordingly. Any item that has been listed wrong or duplicated can be removed from auction at any time. For info on auction's call Curtis at 512-788-8876. For Preview call 512-269-5844. All items need to be picked up no later than 3 business days after auction close. All items that have been paid for but have not been picked up, will start to incur a $5 per day storage fee PER ITEM after 3 days. We have an in-house delivery service, call for more information. All sales are final at bid entry. Winning bidders are responsible to pay for items on Monday following the Auction close. Any invoice not paid for by Monday at 4pm will be charged full invoice to Credit card you provided at auction sign up. There will be no charge backs, stop payments or refunds. The seller, or seller's agent, has the right to bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller as the seller's agent and or any reserved minimums. Bidder is contractually obligated to buy the merchandise at the price in the bid. Placing a bid that is accepted and then not paying for the merchandise is illegal and prosecution can result. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED FOR A PARTICULAR AUCTION, SELLER/OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS, IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. Auctioneer or Owner/Seller reserves the right to withdrawal of item/lots from the sale after they are listed do so at any time before or during the sale. The Owner/Seller of merchandise sold through this Site reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its sole discretion. Any items not paid for by 4pm will incur a $50 charge per invoice per day. Items not picked up by Wednesday @4pm will incur a $5 per item charge, per day.
