St. Mary's St. Three Rivers Texas 78071 Bidding ends Jan. 24th 2025 @ 3:000 pm Central time (extended due to issues with the local paper) Units can redeem before auction end. Site reserves the right to remove units if needed from aucton. Units can be picked up as soon as paid invoice is recieved 48 hour clean-out time. Must clear the unit of all contents. No use of the site dumpster Sales Tax chaged if not tax exempt 13% Buyer's Premuim $100.00 cleaning fee will be required per unit. Credit card only payment at auction end Cleaning deposit will be charged to the card and refunded once unit is cleared out.
