Bidding notice: Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close and email notification will be sent Friday night after auction closes. If you receive a preliminary email from HiBid that you may have won this typically means you are the winning bidder and need to keep a lookout for an email from DFWOnlineAuction1@gmail.com. If you don't receive an email by the following morning please contact us at (817) 757-3722. Auction closes starting at 6:00 pm CST Friday December 20, 2024. This is a soft close with the first lot beginning at 6pm with another lot closing every twenty seconds. If a bid comes in within the last two minutes of an items closing, the clock will reset for another two minutes and will continue to reset with each bid until bidding stops for that item. The credit card you use to register for the auction will be charged at auction close. If you change your card in hibid during the auction we do not have access to the new information. Please register with the card you intend to use. Once you register for the auction you are only approved for the amount of $5000. If you need a higher available bid amount please contact us in advance of the closing of the auction so that we may approve your bids. If you do not contact us your bids may not be approved before the lot closes. DFW Estate Liquidators strives to provide as much information as possible but encourages in person inspection by bidders. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale certificate is filed with us before bidding ends on this auction. You may email your certificate to DFWonlineauction1@gmail.com. Out of state bidders are sales tax exempt. Large purchases will be verified by viewing buyers driver's license and credit card. If the items are for shipping other verifications may be required in addition to the driver's license and credit card as well as a hold time before the items are shipped at our discretion. A Zelle payment is required to complete the purchase on fine jewelry, gold, silver, luxury time pieces, designer goods, coins, bullion and fine art for new or unestablished Hibid accounds. If you are the winner of the items listed above with a new or unestablished Hibid account your card will be charged a non refundable deposit of 20%. Your invoice will be emailed to you with a balance due and Zelle instructions. Payments are to be completed no later than three business days following the auction close. If you have any questions please contact us prior to bidding. **SHIPPING SERVICE** Only lots marked shipping available can be shipped. All shipping is sent via UPS unless you provide a prepaid shipping label and pay a packing and handling fee. Packages can be up to 50 lbs but must comfortably ship in a cardboard box. UPS Shipping within the continental US only. Packages with a large size to weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. Due to the high cost of quality packing material and the labor involved there is an additional charge for packing billed on items shipped ground. Art in excess of $800 and framed art at or over 25" will require a specialized shipping container and insurance at the buyers expense. Please Email DFWOnlineAuction1@gmail.com for a quote. **SHIPPING NOTICE** If your item or items require shipping (local or out of state), You must contact us during the actual pickup window for this particular auction at (817) 757-3722 or email dfwonlineauction1@gmail.com to inform us that you will need to ship otherwise your items will be forfeited and disposed of at our discretion. You may be asked to provide verification of identity by sending redacted copies of a photo i.d. and a photo of the last four digits of the credit card and the name. Once we email your quote for shipping from dfwauctionship@gmail.com you have three days to approve the charge. Quotes are emailed no later than Tuesday morning following auction close. If we do not receive an approval agreeing to the shipping amount from you or any requested documentation or if the charge is declined then your items will be forfeited and disposed of at our discretion. If you fail to provide a complete address or apartment number there will be a $25 fee imposed as charged by UPS. Out of area bidders may want to refrain from bidding on items that are costly to ship such as but not limited to books, oversized items, extremely fragile items and extra heavy items. We will not ship TV's, mirrors or computer monitors. We do not have the ability to ship furniture. We do not recommend shipping sets of China. DFW Estate Liquidators will be held harmless from any shipping related damages. Shipping is only conducted on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Emails will only be answered on these days and packages only ship on Tuesdays. Pick up day is Saturday December 21, 2024 from 10am-4pm CST. Appointments are required to limit the amount of people at one time. If you show up without an appointment you will be asked to step aside until we have free time to help you. You will be packing, moving and loading your own items. Pick up times are firm. All items must be picked up during the published times. If you cannot make pick up during the established times DO NOT BID. Do not risk placing a bid hoping we can store your items for a later pickup. We do not have the storage space or the resources to store your items. If you choose to bid and fail to pick up your items during the published times your items will be forfeited without refund. Failure to abide by pick up times may result in loss of bidding privileges. Credit cards will be charged immediately following auction close and email notifications will be sent Friday night after auction close. Items not picked up during the specified pick up days and times will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee per lot. Items not removed in five business days will be considered abandoned and forfeited and will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to winning bidder. Please do not bid without a valid credit card, email address and the ability to remove your items by Saturday at 4 pm after auction closes. Questions can be answered during normal business hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm at 817-757-3722. Failure to resolve the day auction closes may result in being blocked from any and all future auctions at our sole discretion. Unpaid invoices will be sent to a third party debt collector.
