Lone Wolf Auctions has been commissioned to conduct an online auction of these units and sell to the highest bidder under Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code to satisfy landlord lien. These unit(s) are located in Waxahachie, Texas.
You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding.
Lone Wolf Auctions will charge your credit card on file at the close of the auction a 10% non-refundable advance of the hammer price, 18% Buyers Premium and applicable sales tax.
The balance, along with a $200 cleaning deposit will be paid directly to the Storage Facility in cash when you arrive to pick up your unit.
The winning bidder will receive information regarding pickup arrangements at time of invoice. Bidder will have 48 hours after auction to clear items from units.
The winning bidder will ONLY HAVE 48 hours after the close of the auction to pickup of the items from storage facility.
You must remove all contents and broom sweep by 5pm Wednesday, December 4, 2024. If items are not removed by this time, all monies collected will be forfeited and are not refundable.
Any items of a personal nature, found during removal, should be left at the office.
A refundable $200 cleaning deposit is required for each unit purchased, cash only and will be collected prior to gaining access to unit. Cleaning deposit will be returned once until is cleared of all items and cleaned.

THERE ARE NO ONSITE DUMPSTERS AVAILABLE AT FACILITY. Violators will not receive a refund of cleaning deposit.
