By registering to bid Bidder agrees Credit Cards on file will be automatically billed if bidder has an invoice. (batch process of credit cards on file will be performed). If you want to use another card please make sure you email or contact auctioneer prior to the end of the auction. Bidders can bid up to $1,000 as long as they have a good standing on the Hibid.com site. Any bids above that amount must be approved by the auction company. Payment is cash or credit cards. If paying by credit card-bidders are required to fill out a form with a signature for any invoices over $500 that they understand the terms of the sale and agree for the charge to be placed and email back to BoldBids. No cashier checks, money orders or personal/company checks. Wire transfers or cash for vehicles. All items are considered pre owned even if unused. All measurements are considered approximate. No credit cards accepted for vehicles in auction. Auction company is not responsible for bidders who do not attend preview and this is not a reason to reject or not pick up your items. All bidders will be required to electronically agree that they understand the terms of the auction. By agreeing to participate in this auction Bidders agree NO attempt at a chargeback will be performed for any reason and Bidder understands the term “All Sales Final No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds and All Items Sold As is-Where is”. Bidders must provide their own manpower and packing supplies. Auction company does not provide moving, hauling or lifting for items. Bidder agrees that shipping costs are separate from auction invoice and will not hold Boldbids responsible for those shipping costs. Shipping is done via USPS Flat Rate Box Only. Your items must fit into the 3 size boxes available (Small/Med/Large)or we will be unable to ship your items. We will only hold shipping items for 30 days. If you do not respond and accept the shipping quote email we cannot ship out items. BoldBids will not be held responsible for auction items for shipping left over 30 days. Bidder agrees to forfeit their shipping items if left over 30-days but is still responsible for the payment due on any items/lots they won in the auction. Sales tax is charged unless a tax exempt form is provided at pick up. Out of state bidders do not pay sales tax. Bidders must adhere to pick up schedule. No exceptions are made. Auction company does not hold items. Negative feedback will be reported and bidders may be turned over to collections for non-payment of invoices. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for or pick up your items! Bidders with negative Hibid.com score may not be able to participate in auction.

3 How to Pay your Invoice
Payment is cash or credit cards. If paying by credit card-bidders are required to fill out a form with a signature for any invoices over $500 that they understand the terms of the sale and agree for the charge to be placed. We batch process credit cards used for registration unless otherwise requested by bidder. No cashier checks, money orders or personal/company checks. Wire transfers or cash for vehicles.

5 What happens if I miss the pick up?
We can only offer a 2 day pick up for this auction. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during the scheduled pick up times. Once you place a bid and win the items-THEY ARE YOUR ITEMS! You can send someone to collect your items on your behalf. You can ask us to the leave the item outside for you pick up after 3pm (at your own risk) or you can forfeit your item(s) (you're still responsible for the payment!!) The consignor is counting on you! They are offering the items for sale and expect you to be a responsible bidder. Any items that are forfeited and paid will not receive negative feedback-any items not paid will receive negative feedback and declined for future bidding.
